Since 1986, University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) has provided high-quality Paramedic Training to the Las Vegas area Emergency Medical community. In early 2008, the Clark County Fire Department (CCFD) joined forces with the hospital to expand and enhance the program.

To date, we have graduated over 250 Paramedics; with a passing rate of nearly 98%.

With new state-of-the-art training facilities, partnerships with University of Nevada School of Medicine (UNSOM), and financial support from CCFD, we anticipate unsurpassed classroom and clinical experiences to take our program into the future.
